Kentucky Occupational Therapy Foundation (KOTF) is a newly formed foundation reaching out to the community and other occupational therapists for financial support. We designed a marketing piece to serve two purposes: first, it's a brochure; and, secondly, it's a fundraising call to action. We also designed their logo.
