AT Design & Illustration is committed to providing professional service, efficient communication, and product satisfaction. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your final product. To better understand how to work with our firm please read our general policies.

We accept all major credit cards and e-checks via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the project proposal is required prior to the start of any work. The final 50% is due and payable immediately upon client's acceptance and signed approval of completed work. Files will not be released to vendors or to the client until paid in full.

AT Design & Illustration reserves the right to terminate or suspend any or all services until such time as payment has been received in full. We also reserve the right to collect outstanding payments through collection agency or attorney for the appropriate remedy.

All Invoices are due upon receipt unless a prior agreement has been signed. Invoices not paid within net 15 terms from date of invoice will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% every 30 days. Invoices 90 days past due will be sent to a collection agency or attorney for the appropriate remedy.

It is our goal to allow for reasonable rounds of revisions related to your project and most agreements include 3 rounds of revisions. Projects that require more than 3 rounds of revisions or more than what is included in your agreement with AT Design & Illustration will be accessed a $25 per change fee. Please refer to your agreement with AT Design & Illustration for specific terms related to your project.

AT Design & Illustration will work hard to meet your estimated deadline, but there are no absolute guarantees. Please be aware that many projects can take weeks to be completed, depending on the your project request and whether or not we have to wait for pieces of the project provided by the client. The sooner you provide us with all content/pictures/details, etc, the sooner your project can be completed.

If you need a project completed that will require us to put all other projects on hold, a RUSH FEE will be applied. This will be quoted to you individually and is typically double our normal rates. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a – 5 p.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all printed/published materials we design and administer, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to make certain that all corrections have been made to their satisfaction prior to final commission for production of printed goods, web pages, newspaper ads, etc. Corrections and final approval may be submitted via fax, email or other physical means prior to delivery.

Due to the variables within each assignment we ask that you contact us for a customized estimate.

Should a client wish to terminate a project prior to its completion, notice must be given to AT Design & Illustration in writing and prior to 15 days of cancellation date. Upon client cancellation we reserve the right to withhold and claim a cancellation fee equal to, but not limited to, 50% of the final proposal. Unless otherwise agreed upon, it is further acknowledged by all parties that payments and/or deposit fees received by AT Design & Illustration prior to our receipt of client's cancellation notice will be considered non-refundable.

All content on this web site and the content found in AT Design & Illustration printed or electronic marketing materials is the exclusive property of AT Design & Illustration or the respective clients of AT Design & Illustration.

AT Design & Illustration will not knowingly violate copyright laws. Once client provides written authorization for a project it will be understood that copyright permissions have been granted to the client. We reserve the right to request such proof of permission or authorization.
